Terms of Use

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Unlimitless (“we”) covering unlimitless.ai and the Unlimitless service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the service.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and keep your sign-in method secure. Your account is yours alone.

2. What the service is

Unlimitless stores the thoughts, decisions and reasoning you choose to keep, and makes them available — on your instruction — to AI tools you connect (such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Cursor, via the Model Context Protocol). Unlimitless supplies your own context to your own tools. It does not make decisions for you, and it does not control or monitor the AI tools you connect.

You can also connect your own external services — such as analytics, error tracking, a search console, a document drive, public feeds, or another MCP server — and create a personal API key so your own tools can reach the service on your behalf. In every case Unlimitless acts only on your instruction, with credentials you provide, to bring your own context and sources to your own tools.

During the current pre-release period the service is offered free of charge. Paid tiers for additional usage may be introduced later; we will give clear notice before anything becomes chargeable, and no existing saved content will ever be held behind a paywall.

3. Your content

You own what you save. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service: to store your content, process it as described in the Privacy Policy, and deliver it back to you and the tools you connect. That licence ends when your content is deleted.

You are responsible for what you save and for having the right to save it. If you save someone else’s confidential or personal information, you are responsible for being entitled to do so.

Material Unlimitless fetches from public or connected sources on your instruction is source content, not something you own through us. We hold it only to serve against the positions you have saved, and only briefly. These ownership terms cover the reasoning you save.

4. Acceptable use

Unlimitless does not read or police your thinking — by design, we only receive what you save and we don’t surveil it. That privacy carries a matching responsibility. You must not use the service:

  1. To plan, further, or conceal criminal activity, or in any way that violates applicable law;
  2. To harm children in any way — this is absolute and we will report it;
  3. To violate others’ rights — storing or distributing material that infringes intellectual property, or that you have no lawful right to hold;
  4. To attack the service — probing, breaching or circumventing security or access controls, disrupting the infrastructure, scraping, reselling access, or using the service to build a competing dataset;
  5. In breach of the terms of the platforms you connect — your use of Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any tool or service you connect remains governed by their terms as well as ours.

Because we do not monitor content, enforcement of (1)–(3) is based on reports, legal process, and technical signals of abuse — not surveillance. Where we find a genuine violation, we may suspend or terminate the account, remove specific unlawful material, and, where the law requires or the danger is real, inform the authorities.

5. API access and keys

You can create a personal API key so your own tools can reach the service on your behalf. A key is personal and non-transferable — it stands in for you, so anything you give it to acts as you, and you are responsible for what you connect it to. Keep it secret; if a key is exposed, revoke it in the portal and create a new one.

API access is covered by the same acceptable-use rules as the rest of the service (Section 4), and its usage draws on your plan’s allowance. We may revoke a key or suspend API access for abuse, or where use genuinely threatens the service or its users, on the same basis as any other suspension (Section 6).

We intend the API to grow additively: new capability is added without breaking what already works, so an integration you build today keeps working as the service evolves. If we ever need to make a breaking change, we will give notice as we would for any material change to these terms (Section 10).

6. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 4 or genuinely threaten the service or its users. Unless the violation makes it impossible, we will give you the opportunity to export your content.

7. Service status

The service is provided “as is”, and during the pre-release period in particular we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We do promise honesty: the platform is independently monitored, and known issues are acknowledged rather than hidden.

8. Important limits

9. Our property

The Unlimitless name, mark, site, and software are ours. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the service.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we’ll give notice on the site and by email before the changes apply. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
